GFOA Alberta presents Rodney Boyko | “Educating Councillors on Service Levels and Finance: The CFO’s Strategic Advantage”
What You Will Learn:
Educating municipal councillors on service levels and finance is less about dumping technical data on them and more about building intuitive understanding so they can make confident policy decisions.
Training adults effectively is quite different from teaching children. The goal of the presentation is to provide CFO’s and those desiring to be a CFO tangible tools to bring understanding; ownership and clarity in policy and direction into the Council processes and make participants into stronger leaders and executives.
