Driving Value through Service Delivery Reviews

Municipalities across Canada are under increasing pressure to do more with less. While citizens continue to demand more, governments are facing unprecedented financial pressures – such as a global pandemic, climate change, cost inflation, affordability crisis and supply chain disruptions to name a few.

This session asks a simple question: how can we deliver more for less? We will explore how finance can play a leading role in helping municipalities deliver efficient, economical and effective programs.

This session will cover:

  1. The business case for value-for-money
  2. Common approaches to maximizing value-for-money
  3. Case studies
