Part 1:

  1. Explain the importance of change to your Municipality or Department
  2. Identify the benefits, risks and challenges that define your change initiative
  3. Differentiate the four parts of a well-designed change process
  4. Define transformation, reduction and application goals
  5. Build a detailed and structured Change Plan

 

Part 2:

  1. Explain the importance of leadership to a change initiative
  2. Identify the 4 elements of VUCA and how each relates to change leadership
  3. Identify the key causes and signs of change fatigue
  4. Explain how to lead change in order to avoid change fatigue
  5. Implement a leadership strategy that ensures the human and cultural elements are addressed successfully

 

Part 3:

  1. Explain the dangers associated with the 7 most common causes of complacency during the change initiative
  2. Explain the impact of transparent communication throughout the management and maintenance stages of change
  3. Build an effective strategy for communicating data and celebrating successes throughout the change process
