Part 1:
- Explain the importance of change to your Municipality or Department
- Identify the benefits, risks and challenges that define your change initiative
- Differentiate the four parts of a well-designed change process
- Define transformation, reduction and application goals
- Build a detailed and structured Change Plan
Part 2:
- Explain the importance of leadership to a change initiative
- Identify the 4 elements of VUCA and how each relates to change leadership
- Identify the key causes and signs of change fatigue
- Explain how to lead change in order to avoid change fatigue
- Implement a leadership strategy that ensures the human and cultural elements are addressed successfully
