About Your Presenter:   John Bass dba Remarkable Grants Management
For over 15 years of I’ve continued to learn about grants through hands on, practical experience.

I’ve helped non-profits, artists, academics and government organizations win grants they needed then… and the “right-sized” projects are the strategic way to progress, to prove you’re a good steward of other’s funding and set you up for future awards.

While closing in $1 million on grants won may look modest, its the lessons in the wins and the misses that count. I’m here to help, I’ve worked on grant applications including Canadian federal, NOFO (US Federal), province, state, municipal, arts, foundations and the for-profit sector.

I bring a background in tourism management, communications and media relations, project management and sales. I’ve learned from hard lessons and built the soft skills to work with people from all walks of life.
