Please check these instructions to register for the Conference

To purchase an Conference 2026 Pass for the GFOA Alberta Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency Calgary in the heart of downtown Calgary, Alberta, May 19-22, 2026, please complete the All Access Pass form  below. Your total purchase amount will be shown at the bottom of the form. If you are an active member of GFOA Alberta, you will automatically be charged the member rate.

If your municipality has not yet renewed membership for 2026, you may not be able to access the Member Registration form below.  If you cannot see the form below when logged into the site, you’ll need to reach out to your Primary Contact for your municipality to confirm that your municiaplity has renewed its Annual membership. Once the Annual Membership is renewed, you’ll be able to log in and see the form below to register at the best applicable Member rates.

  If you are not a member and would like to join, please feel free to join first so you can access member rates as well!

For each Conference 2026 Pass you purchase, you may add one (1) Gala Add-On for an attending spouse or partner, and one (1) Golf Tournament Entry each for yourself and a spouse or partner.

Please Note: To minimize waste and keep costs down, we are asking each Attendee to reserve a seat at the Gala if planning to attend. If you do not plan to attend and mark the form accordingly, you can change your preference anytime up till the 30th of April by letting us know via email at programs@gfoa.ab.com.
