Provide the governance framework for the management of City investments, establish accountability, transparency, compliance, and reporting of investment activity. This policy also defines the roles and responsibilities of Council, Administration, the Investment Advisory Committee, investment managers, and service providers regarding the governance process and oversight of City investments
Establish the parameters of debt financing for capital projects
Outline the responsibilities of those individuals who have authority to use Town of Cardston corporate credit cards and specify rules and limitations for use while conducting the affairs of the organization
The purpose is to provide guidelines and clarification for all users deemed to require access to City computers to assist in the fulfillment of their accountabilities; and to ensure each user is responsible and accountable for the security and integrity of corporate data and systems.
RFP for banking services for a 36 month period with provision to renew for two additional 12 month periods to a maximum of 60 months
