Part One:
- Recognize various financial administrative definitions
- Compute and interupt the debt limit, debt service limit and the utilization of each for an Alberta municipality
- Explain the compnnents of a financial plan for an Alberta municipality
Part Two:
- List the Code of Ethics for the GFOA Alberta
- Read and interpret, at an introductory to intermediate level, the finacial statements of a Municipality
Part Three:
You will be able to calculate and/or interpret the following:
- Amortization
- Tangible Capital Assets
- Deferred Revenue
