GFOA Alberta will be hosting a Municipal Forum on ERP Implementation, moderated by Stephanie Porter of The Metrix Group, and including panelists Josh Hunter from County of Northern Lights and Michelle Kirchmayer from Parkland County.

Share information and gain knowledge regarding issues and successes that other municipalities have encountered during their ERP Implementation. We will invite panelists to share insights on all phases of ERP implementation including planning and preparation, implementation and execution, user training, change management, post-implementation and continuous improvement.

GFOA will be sending out a link to this Members Only complimentary registration prior to the forum date and a forum agenda will also be sent out once completed.

**GFOA Alberta is pleased to continue to host Municipal Discussion Forums on a variety of subjects. These virtual Forums provide the opportunity for participants to ask questions and share information with their municipal colleagues. The agenda topics will be selected based on questions and issues brought forward by the registrants, so it is really designed to benefit you. We encourage your participation in these interactive discussions.
