Names: Ian Howatt and Maureen Parker of Elevate the Path
Elevate The Path is a consulting partnership developed by Maureen Parker and Ian Howatt, dedicated to helping organizations thrive through strategic planning, leadership development, team engagement, and impactful retreats. Intentional development of people and organizational culture is at the heart of their work.
Ian Howatt brings nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in the public sector. Known as a servant and empathetic leader, Ian combines humour, accountability, and collaboration to drive organizational transformation. He is passionate about the power of workplace culture to enhance team performance and individual fulfillment. 
Maureen Parker is an experienced facilitator and leader who specializes in guiding organizations and teams through complex challenges. Her work focuses on aligning strategy and culture while creating the conditions for meaningful growth and change.
