CIBC Wood Gundy l Poland Hobson Advisory Group
Our experience working with Canadian municipalities and municipal districts dates back to 1983. Using an investment philosophy rooted in the Prudent Investor Rule, portfolios are designed to be more-strict than the MGA allows, prioritizing return of capital over return on capital. We have a wealth of experience creating and advising on municipal Investment Policy Statements and have created policies for over 100 Albertan municipalities since 1983, many of which are still in use. Currently, we manage over $2.0 billion in assets and have a proven ability to protect and grow portfolios through various market cycles. Our approach is typically the lowest-fee solution, as we leverage economies-of-scale to create bonds from scratch. This approach leads to lower fees and higher portfolio yields. By accessing products and new-issue investments not available elsewhere, we believe we have the widest inventory of bonds available of any firm in Canada. CIBC is ranked as the strongest bank in North America and third-strongest in the world by Bloomberg Markets.

ATB Financial/ATB Investor Services
At ATB Financial, we put people first. We've been doing it for more than 75 years. In that time, we've grown from one small Treasury Branch to become the largest Alberta-based financial institution, with assets of $43.1 billion. Today, 5,300 team members help more than 710,000 customers in 244 Alberta communities. Like our clients, we're Albertans. Through a network of 172 branches, 135 agencies, and a Customer Care Centre, we work beside them and with them in their communities, and we root for their success because it's our success too. Decisions that affect our clients are made right here in Alberta and are based on local knowledge and confidence in Alberta’s economy. These are a few reasons why so many of Alberta’s Cities, Towns, Villages, Counties, and Municipal Districts, have chosen to deal with ATB.Contactmthibeault@atb.com
