DESCRIPTION:What You Will Learn: \n\nThere is a wave of interest from municipalities to use service management (service definition\, service level articulation and service costing) to better manage resident expectations\, understand the ramification of service level changes and provide overall better management of municipal delivery. The reality has shown that this is harder than it looks! \nThis session will outline the use of these tools for operational reviews\, budget preparation and operational management with examples drawn from real-world local governments.
